    Tauranga Waterfront Playground

"Last year we played our part in bringing the crowds to Tauranga waterfront. A job to remember — installing handrails, towers, slides, tramps, shade sails, swings, sand equipment, hopping logs, chains, ninja walks, nets and all sorts."

Why LTK

A small crew that keeps showing up.

01

One standard, every lane

Decks, renos, new builds, commercial install — the way we run a site is the same. The smaller jobs aren't filler.

02

Kaupapa Māori, expert craft

Values-led isn't a slogan. It changes how we plan, who we work with, and what we leave behind on a section.

03

Waikato + Bay of Plenty reach

Hamilton-based, Waipa-registered, working as far north as Tauranga. We'll travel for the right project.

04

Drone-progress reporting

Multi-unit clients get aerial progress shots through the build. The whole site, in one frame, for accurate timeline calls.

Common questions

Before you brief.

Do you take on residential renovations as well as new builds?

Yes — renovations, additions, alterations, re-pile and relocation work all sit alongside new build delivery. Renovations need a different rhythm to new builds, and we plan around what's there before we cut.

What regions do you work across?

We're Hamilton-based and Waipa-registered, with active jobs across the Waikato and Bay of Plenty — Hamilton, Te Awamutu, Cambridge, Tauranga, and surrounding districts. We'll travel for the right project.

Are you SiteSafe certified?

Yes. LTK Construction is a SiteSafe New Zealand member. Site induction, hazard reporting and safety standards apply on every job — small or large.

Do you take on commercial work?

Yes — commercial labour, fit-out crews, and steel-frame transportables. We've installed playgrounds for public-works contracts (Tauranga waterfront, 2024) and run commercial-grade jobs for builders and councils.

How do I get a quote started?

Send a short brief through our contact page or email inquiries@ltkconstruction.co.nz. We'll respond with a discovery call to scope the project. Site visits arranged within the Waikato within a working week.

What's your relationship with Waikato-Tainui?

LTK Construction is listed in the Waikato-Tainui pakihi (Māori business) directory as 100% Māori-owned and operated. The directory entry is at waikatotainui.com/pakihi/ltk-construction-limited.
